    Delegates Eldridge and R. Phillips moves to amend the bill on page eight, section four, line one hundred thirty-two, immediately following the word “Guard” by inserting the following language, followed by a period:

“or proof of current military service in any branch of the United States Military, Reserve or National Guard or proof of honorable discharge from any branch of the United States Military: Provided, That current members of the United States Military, Reserve or National Guard or persons with an honorable discharge from any branch of the United States Military who apply for a license under this section are exempt from the payment of any fees required by this section.”
